4 Circles

This exercise involves doing a figure 8, the first circle correct bend, then after one circle, keep that bend and counterbend the other half of the figure 8. Halfway around that circle, go to a correct bend and then upon reaching the center counterbend in the other direction.

Success Tips:

- Ensure that the counter bend is very good before attempting this exercise.

Common Problems/Mistakes:

- Falling in or out with the shoulders.
