Welcome to Warwick Schiller Attuned Horsemanship (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and associated services that provide access to horse training videos and related content (“Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Subscription & Billing
1.1 Subscription Plans
Access to our video library requires a paid subscription. We offer monthly and annual plans, as detailed on our website.
1.2 Payment Terms
Payments will be charged to your chosen payment method at confirmation of purchase and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
1.3 Free Trials & Promotions
Any free trial or promotional offer must be used within the stated period. You will be charged after the trial ends unless you cancel before that time.
2. Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Content Usage & Restrictions
3.1 License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the video content for personal, non-commercial use only.
3.2 Prohibited Use
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, sublicense, or use the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Warwick Schiller Attuned Horsemanship or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through account settings. Access remains until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. Yearly memberships are not considered a subscription as they are paid for the entire year and do not auto-renew. There are no cancellations or refunds for yearly memberships.
6. Health & Safety Disclaimer
The training content is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified equine professional before implementing any training method. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warwick Schiller Attuned Horsemanship is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages occuring to you, your horse, or other people or property arising from your use of the Services.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Access
The content, videos, audio recordings, transcripts, text, images, course materials, downloads, and all other resources available through Warwick Schiller’s Training Platform are provided solely for the personal, non-commercial use of authorized members. You may not use, access, reproduce, scrape, crawl, harvest, index, download, copy, or otherwise collect any portion of the Platform or its content through any automated means, including but not limited to artificial intelligence (AI) systems, machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), bots, spiders, crawlers, data mining tools, automated scripts, or similar technologies. You may not use any Platform content to train, fine-tune, develop, evaluate, or improve any AI or machine learning system, nor may you permit any third party to do so. Any unauthorized automated access, AI indexing, or use of Platform content for AI training or similar purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your membership, suspension of access, and any other legal remedies available under applicable law.
11. No Artificial Intelligence Training, Modeling, or Derivative Use
You may not use any content made available through Warwick Schiller’s Training Platform—including, without limitation, videos, audio recordings, transcripts, captions, text, images, graphics, downloadable materials, course content, teaching methodologies, presentations, demonstrations, or any other resources—to train, fine-tune, develop, evaluate, test, or improve any artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language model (LLM), neural network, generative AI system, or similar technology.
You may not create, or assist in creating, any AI-generated model, digital clone, synthetic voice, avatar, chatbot, virtual instructor, or other derivative technology that reproduces, simulates, imitates, or is based upon Warwick Schiller’s voice, image, likeness, teaching style, methods, presentations, or other proprietary content.
You may not incorporate any content from the Training Platform into datasets, knowledge bases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, embeddings, vector databases, AI search tools, or any other system designed to store, retrieve, summarize, generate, or distribute content using artificial intelligence or automated technologies.
Any unauthorized use of the Training Platform or its content for artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated data collection purposes constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your membership, removal of access to the Platform without refund, and any other legal or equitable remedies available under applicable law.
For the avoidance of doubt, no license or permission is granted, whether express or implied, to use any content from the Training Platform for artificial intelligence or machine learning purposes, except with the prior written consent of Warwick Schiller or an authorized representative.
