• I understand that virtual coaching and video feedback require me to act independently, without physical supervision, and that I am solely responsible for my environment, equipment, horse, and decisions.

• I assume all risks, known and unknown, arising from my participation.

• I release and waive all claims against the Company, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, including claims based on negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from my participation.
