LIABILITY RELEASE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK (DIGITAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT)

By subscribing to this platform, I acknowledge and agree that:

• I am voluntarily participating in in-person and/or virtual coaching, instruction, video review, online courses, or related activities offered by Warwick Schiller Attuned Horsemanship, LLC (“Company”).

• I understand that working with or around horses and applying horsemanship instruction—whether in person or remotely—involves inherent risks, including serious injury, property damage, or death.

• I understand that virtual coaching and video feedback require me to act independently, without physical supervision, and that I am solely responsible for my environment, equipment, horse, and decisions.

• I assume all risks, known and unknown, arising from my participation.

• I release and waive all claims against the Company, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, including claims based on negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from my participation.
