1. Subscription & Billing

1.1 Subscription Plans

Access to our video library requires a paid subscription. We offer monthly and annual plans, as detailed in-app and on our website.

1.2 Payment Terms

Payments will be charged to your chosen payment method at confirmation of purchase and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

1.3 Free Trials & Promotions

Any free trial or promotional offer must be used within the stated period. You will be charged after the trial ends unless you cancel before that time.

2. Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Content Usage & Restrictions

3.1 License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the video content for personal, non-commercial use only.

3.2 Prohibited Use

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, sublicense, or use the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Warwick Schiller Attuned Horsemanship or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. Access remains until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

The training content is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified equine professional before implementing any training method. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warwick Schiller Attuned Horsemanship is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages occuring to you, your horse, or other people or property arising from your use of the Services.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
