Use of the information contained in the videos on this website is at your own risk. Horses, horse activities and horse training can be extremely dangerous. Do not attempt any of the training techniques, methods or advice received from the videos on this website without proper supervision, safety equipment and proper facilities.Neither Warwick Schiller, Warwick Schiller Performance Horsemanship, its employees, agents, sponsors, or producers of these horse training videos, articles, and other visual or written material are liable or responsible for any injury, injuries, or loss that may be sustained based on use of the exercises, demonstrations, or advice for horse and horse training activities contained on this Website. If you are not comfortable with any of the exercises, demonstrations, advice, or activities contained on this Website, then do not attempt it.  The training in these videos assume that you are attending to the well being of your horse and have checked out any possible underlying medical problems. 

Guarantee

It would be irresponsible for any horse trainer to make “guarantees” because every horse and human and their combinations are different.  This creates too many variables beyond the control of what we can teach in online videos.  Having said that, we invite you to visit Our Testimonials Page and see how the videos and clinics have made such an incredible positive impact on their lives and the lives of their horses.

What we can guarantee is a positive and supportive horse community who have you and your horse’s well being and best interests at heart.  Warwick continues to evolve in his philosophies and techniques and endeavors to share them with those who want to join him on his journey.

The Monthly Subscription is a RECURRING payment, this means that you will be charged each month until you unsubscribe. Your “month” runs from the day that you subscribe through the same day of subsequent months. For example, if you join on the 6th, the next payment will be taken on the 6th of the next month, unless you unsubscribe 2 days prior to that date in order for processing to occur. If you did a free 7 day trial, you must cancel before the 7th day or you will roll over to a monthly recurring charge until you unsubscribe. 

Once you subscribe, you will receive an email confirmation with login instructions from the host site. Sometimes this email goes to spam. If you do not receive it, just send us a quick email with the date you subscribed and your subscription email address. We respectfully ask that you don’t share your login with anyone (we could put all the copyright legalese here but decided to just ask nicely that only you view the videos that you paid for, although we hear that cats, dogs, children and even baby kangaroos (joeys) like to view too and think that is great!). Significant others and those in the same household may share a subscription.

How to Unsubscribe: Manage your account easily under My Account/Subscriptions, including unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, you will still have access until your current billing cycle has completed. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email when you have successfully unsubscribed. If you don’t receive this email, please try unsubscribing again.

How to change billing details: under My Account/Subscriptions/Update Billing information

If you have paid with PAYPAL, then you will need to go to your PayPal account/Profile tab, then Your Money

How to best view the videos: Google Chrome browser. This is because there are many updates going on behind the scenes with browsers and plugins that allow videos to be viewed. Google Chrome updates these often. If you have left your browser open for some time, close and reopen and it will update automatically. If you are using another browser, we recommend Google Chrome.  Whatever browser you use, make sure it is the most current version.  The same goes with operating system and FLASH player.

Refunds: Will be given if there is a mistake made on WSPH’s behalf. If you have forgotten to unsubscribe in a timely manner, created a second account accidentally, or made another mistake that had nothing to do with our system/processes, there will be no refund. You will receive a confirmation email when you cancel, if you do not receive it, it means that you were unsuccessful and should try again or contact us immediately.  We will be able to verify the visit to the cancellation page.  We fashioned this refund policy after a gym membership or COSTCO refund type policy, if you don’t use it, you still pay until you cancel. You will have access until your month expires. There are no refunds for Yearly Subscriptions for any reason.

New video content is updated as often as Warwick can find applicable topics to fill the gaps in the current videos or introduce a new training topic. If you can’t find a video on a topic and you want a video to be made about it, email us and we will see what we can do.

The videos in the subscription are organized into a SKILLS PATH and a RELATIONSHIP PATH. Warwick explains the difference in the subscription intro video.  When you follow the videos in these paths, they are the BASICS only. Once you get the basics down, you will find more videos under ADDITIONAL VIDEOS.

The most common answer you will find when we are asked a question about other problems (even ridden problems) is “How is your groundwork?” The importance of groundwork cannot be emphasized enough. Good groundwork. Perfect groundwork. Balanced Groundwork (between desensitized and sensitized). We’re not doing groundwork for the sake of groundwork, we’re doing it in preparation for the ridden work. This is where a horse learns coping skills. This is where they learn how to deal with things that might present themselves in a different way later on in life. Make sure your groundwork is REALLY, REALLY good each step of the way before moving onto the next one.

Troubleshooting

Is Your Device Up To Date? If not, update your software system. Anything older than 2006 will probably have difficulty accessing the site.

Check Your Internet Speed: We recommend at least 5 mbps for optimal experience, it can be viewed with less but 5 is optimal. Check your speed at www.speedtest.net look at the download speed.

Clear Your Cache: it seems silly, but it cannot be overlooked.  The cache (or temporary internet files) can be cleared in the following locations:

Chrome – preferences>show advanced settings>browsing data

Safari – preferences>privacy>remove browsing data

Firefox – history>clear recent history

Internet explorer – tools>internet options>browsing history

Update Your Browser.  Make sure your browser is up to date.  Check your browser at http://browsehappy.com/  then compare with yours, which is usually done by clicking on the name of your browser in the upper left hand corner and then >about “browser name”

Reset Your Internet Connection.  The oldest trick in the book.  Reset your router and make sure you have a secure connection.

Can You Watch Other Vimeo Videos?  Vimeo is our hosting site, you can check by going to Vimeo and choosing any free video to watch.
