Daily Suggested Schedule (less than 15 minutes a day!)


  • Morning: Coffee Breathing (3 sets of 20)

  • Midday / As Needed: Water Breathing (3 sets of 10)

  • Before Bed: Whiskey Breathing (3 sets of 10 or until asleep)
